Novus Stream Solutions

Cross-product workflows

The apps are more useful together than apart

Each recipe below is a job somebody actually has, done by handing one file between two or three Novus apps. Every step links to the surface that does that part — a tutorial, a tool map, or the app itself. Nothing here needs an account, and nothing uploads your file to run.

  1. Product photo to a transparent image every channel accepts

One photograph, cut out once, then re-encoded for a storefront, a marketplace listing and a social post without redoing the cutout each time.

    1. Cut the background out and check the edges

NSS Background RemoverHair, glass and drop shadows are where automatic cutouts fail. Fix them once, on the master, before anything downstream copies the mistake.

    2. Re-encode and resize per destination

Novus ConvertTransparency survives PNG and WebP and dies in JPEG. Convert validates the file it hands back, so a listing never rejects a silently broken upload.

You end up with: A transparent master plus one correctly sized, correctly compressed file per destination.

  2. Any document to a signed, sendable PDF

A form that arrived as a scan, a DOCX or an image becomes a filled, signed PDF small enough to email — without a single upload to someone else’s server.

    1. Bring the source into PDF

Novus ConvertImages, documents and ebooks all land as PDF here, so the editor downstream only ever sees one format.

    2. Fill the fields and sign

Novus PDF StudioThe AI field scan proposes the boxes; every one stays editable, because a form editor that cannot be corrected is worse than no editor.

    3. Compress before sending

Novus ConvertAdjustable quality with the measured output size shown before download — no guessing whether it cleared the limit.

You end up with: A signed PDF under the recipient’s attachment limit, produced entirely on your own device.

  3. A track to a release-ready visualizer, per platform

Render the visual once, then produce the platform masters from it, instead of re-rendering the whole video for every aspect ratio.

    1. Render the beat-synced video

Novus VisualizersPick the engine and mode against your actual track — the analysis is done on your audio, not on a preset preview.

    2. Trim or upscale the export

NSS Background RemoverThe video utilities handle the tidy-up pass so the render does not have to be repeated to fix ten seconds of it.

    3. Produce the per-platform masters

Novus ConvertEach destination wants a different container and bitrate; converting the finished render is far cheaper than re-rendering it.

You end up with: One high-quality render plus the platform-shaped exports that come off it.

  4. Prove a file pipeline works before you trust it with real files

Test the formats you actually handle with files built to be awkward, so the first malformed upload in production is not the first one you have ever seen.

    1. Download clean and deliberately noisy fixtures

Novus ExamplesEvery fixture ships with an exact spec sheet, so when something fails you know whether the file or the tool is at fault.

    2. Run every route you depend on

Novus ConvertOutput is validated rather than renamed, so a route that cannot really do the job fails here instead of in front of a customer.

    3. Push the awkward documents through the page tools

Novus PDF StudioMerge, split, protect and unlock are where encrypted and malformed PDFs surface — better on a fixture than on a client file.

You end up with: A written list of the routes and documents your workflow survives — and the ones it does not.

  5. From a source you can cite to a study pack you can hand out

Read from the source rather than a summary of it, then turn what you verified into a document someone else can use.

    1. Find the source and check the claim against it

Novus LearnThe study material is extractive, not generative: what you get back is what the source says, which is the only kind you can safely cite.

    2. Assemble and finish the pack

Novus PDF StudioMerge the pieces, add the fields a learner fills in, and sign it — locally, so unpublished material stays unpublished.

You end up with: A study or handout pack whose every claim points back at the text it came from.

  6. Turn your AI work into a report you can actually show someone

Measure what you built with AI assistants over a period, then package the numbers into a document with the caveats attached.

    1. Import your history and read the quality labels

Novus AI StatsToken and session figures differ in how reliably each provider reports them; the labels say which numbers can carry an argument and which cannot.

    2. Assemble and protect the report

Novus PDF StudioMerge the exported pages into one document and apply a password before it leaves your device.

You end up with: A shareable report whose figures carry their own quality labels.

  7. A Striker match to a highlight clip worth posting

Capture the goal, tidy the capture, and hand each platform the format it wants.

    1. Play a match worth clipping

Novus StrikerBrowser play with no install means the capture is a plain screen recording — nothing proprietary to export first.

    2. Trim and upscale the capture

NSS Background RemoverScreen recordings are long and soft; the video utilities cut them down and sharpen them before encoding.

    3. Encode for each destination

Novus ConvertCompression with a measured result size, so the clip lands under the upload cap on the first attempt.

You end up with: A short, correctly encoded clip instead of a 200 MB screen recording nobody will watch.
