1. What is in place

Skip link. Every page renders a “Skip to main content” link as the first element in the tab order. It is visually hidden until it receives focus, then pinned to the top-left corner. It is deliberately not display:none or visibility:hidden, both would remove it from the tab order, which is the entire point of it.

One page title per page. Every route renders exactly one <h1>, and it is present in the server HTML rather than added after JavaScript runs, so a screen reader walking the document on arrival, and a crawler that never executes scripts, both get the page title. Eight pages previously started at <h2> with no page title at all; that is fixed and an automated check now fails the build if any route ships without one.

Motion is opt-in. The homepage product demos never start on their own if your system requests reduced motion, prefers-reduced-motion freezes each one on its final, meaningful frame rather than hiding it. Each demo also has its own Pause/Play control, so motion can be stopped per card without changing a system setting.

And you can set it here. The control at the end of this page overrides your system setting on this site, in both directions: you can ask for full motion despite a system-wide reduce, or for none at all when your system has not asked for anything. It is applied before the page first paints rather than corrected afterwards, so nothing moves on the way to obeying it, and it keeps working with JavaScript disabled by falling back to your system setting.

Reduced is not off. Asking for reduced motion removes the things that simulate travel across the screen, the drifting backdrops, the travelling highlights, the looping demos, and keeps the short feedback that tells you the interface heard you. Removing that as well would not make the page calmer, it would make it quieter about what it is doing, which is why “No animation” is a separate choice you have to make deliberately.

Keyboard operation. Navigation (the mega menu, the mobile drawer, the bottom tab bar and the More sheet), the theme toggle, search and the cookie controls are all reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring on every interactive control.

Contrast. The site ships a light theme by default and a dark theme via the toggle, and body and footer text is checked against both. Text colours that passed in one theme and failed in the other have been replaced with values that clear AA in both.

Decorative content is marked as such. The animated product demos are illustrations of a workflow, not a way to use the product. They are aria-hidden so assistive technology is not made to narrate a decorative animation frame by frame; the same information is written out in the text beside each one.

2. Known gaps

These are open, not hidden. We would rather list them than imply a level of conformance we have not verified.

• No independent audit. Accessibility here is checked by automated rules and by hand during development. No third-party accessibility audit or assistive-technology user testing has been commissioned.
• Per-app coverage varies. This statement is strongest for the hub. The 8 live product sites are separate applications with their own interfaces, particularly the canvas- and audio-driven ones, where an editing surface is inherently visual and does not yet have a documented non-visual equivalent.
• Advertising is third-party. Ad creatives are supplied by Adsterra and rendered in their own frames. We do not control their markup and cannot guarantee their accessibility.
• Complex data displays. Some comparison tables and statistics displays are wide, and on small screens they scroll horizontally within their own container.

3. Tell us what is broken

If something here is unusable with your assistive technology, that is a defect and we want the report. Email support@novusstreamsolutions.com or use the contact page. Telling us the page URL, your browser, and the assistive technology and version you use makes a fix far more likely to actually land.

There is no formal enforcement procedure to escalate to, because we are a small independent operation rather than a public body, but a report that names a specific barrier gets treated as a bug like any other.
