1. What we collect

Browsing: We do not require an account to read public content. Like most sites, our hosting and infrastructure may create standard server logs (for example, approximate region, user agent, and requested URLs) for security and reliability.

Contact: If you email us (for example at support@novusstreamsolutions.com), we use what you send only to respond, unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Analytics (optional): If you accept optional cookies via our banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SFESMZCD3G) to understand aggregate usage, with IP anonymization enabled. The same deduplicated destination serves this apex site and the shared Novus network roll-up. This is the only analytics product on the site, and it is gated on your consent in every region, if you decline, never answer the banner, or enable Global Privacy Control, the script is never loaded and no page view is recorded. Advertising: The site is funded by ads served through Adsterra. Adsterra may use cookies, scripts, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may receive information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. Ads and their destinations are provided by advertisers and networks we do not control. Google AdSense and Infolinks are not loaded on this site.

Where you are changes this.If your request comes from the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, no advertising script runs until you accept on our banner, declining or ignoring it means no ad script is loaded, no ad request is made for you, and no advertising cookie is set. Elsewhere, including Canada and the United States, advertising may load with the page; choosing Decline opts out and reloads the page without Adsterra. Google Analytics remains opt-in everywhere. 2. How we use information

We use the above to operate and improve the site, respond to requests, measure aggregate traffic when you have consented to analytics, show third-party advertising that keeps the site free, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Your choices

Cookie / analytics preferences: Use the cookie banner when it appears, or visit Cookies & analytics to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent disables the Google destination, expires applicable analytics cookies, and reloads once with the gate closed; clearing the saved preference shows the banner again.

Browser controls: You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.

Advertising choices: In the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland the banner controls advertising as well: declining stops the ad networks from loading at all. Everywhere else advertising is not covered by the banner and helps keep the site free. In either case you can limit interest-based ads through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools such as YourAdChoices (optout.aboutads.info) and Your Online Choices (youronlinechoices.eu). Blocking cookies in your browser also limits ad tracking.

4. Advertising, external services, and links

We link to our own apps and partners, the NSS Background Remover, Novus Visualizers, Novus PDF Studio, Novus Convert, Novus Learn, Novus Examples, Novus AI Stats, and Novus Restaurant, plus Novus Striker in early access. Those sites have separate terms and privacy notices. When you leave novusstreamsolutions.com, that service's policies apply.

Advertising. Ads shown on this site are supplied by Adsterra and may lead to third-party websites and offers that we neither operate nor control. We may earn revenue when ads are shown or clicked. Once you leave novusstreamsolutions.com, the destination’s own terms and privacy notices apply: review them before sharing information or making a purchase.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it; correct it if it is wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how it is used, including profiling for advertising; and receive it in a portable, machine-readable form. Where we rely on your consent, analytics and advertising, you can withdraw it at any time from the cookie controls, and withdrawing does not affect anything that happened before.

Exercising any of these rights is free, and we will not degrade the site or treat you differently for it. We answer requests within 30 days. These rights come from PIPEDA in Canada and, where they apply to you, from Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This site is a general-audience portfolio and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete anything we hold.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change when we do.
