The current map of Novus Restaurant: the public data explorer and its per-country pages, the reference set that explains where every figure came from (connection registry, coverage, freshness, ingestion schedule and methodology) and the signed-in workspace for menu costing, purchasing and supplier tracking. Eleven official statistical providers feed nine markets. Observation totals move every morning, so this map links to the live pages rather than quoting figures that would be stale by tomorrow.
